Katherine started her first profitable business, a unique food experience in Panama, at 16. After spending more than 10 years as an international investment banker for Citibank and St. George’s Bank in Panama, Katherine went on to Wells Fargo in the US, where she successfully built cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and worked with business owners to develop their business model and financial processes. From her experience as an entrepreneur and banker Katherine observed a common obstacle – entrepreneurs had a hard time doing something they love because of fears about how to do business. Inspired, she co-founded, BoominGroup, a business development company. At BoominGroup Katherine has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs globally to develop profitable and sustainable businesses, in a way that does not compromise their beliefs, values and wellness. Katherine co-founded Everstrong to create an easy way for people to share and discover their passions, and to explore how making money from their passion is possible! She is a graduate of U.S.M.A (Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua) where she represented her soccer team at the University World Games. She was also a member of the Colombian National Team for Synchronized Swimming.
